At the opposite of our housing complex, there's this little patch where scientists from the horticulture department planted some flowers, shrubs and other plant indigenous to the Prairie. This was done as a project to preserve the ecosystem of prairie land. It is supposed to attract much wildlife, especially many species of bugs. In summer nights, the whole place lit up with many fireflies. It was absolutely stunning and magical!
Love these pictures! Especially now that things have turned gray.
